One of the things that stood out to me at Shanti Maurice was the varied settings of the restaurants. I loved the concept of La Kaze Mama tucked away in the resort's herb garden, whilst the laid back atmosphere of The Rum Shed was unlike anything else I experienced on the island. My favourite place at Shanti Maurice was the tranquil spa pool - despite the hotel being almost full, it was so peaceful here. This is the perfect hotel for those looking to unwind and indulge in some delicious cuisine.
