Welcome to Paradise Cove

Paradise Cove is a luxury, boutique hotel on the northern tip of Mauritius boasting stunning views over the northern islands and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Set on a sheltered cove, this adults-only hotel is an intimate hideaway for honeymooners or couples seeking a relaxing and romantic break.

Accommodation offering tranquillity and escapism

Rooms at Paradise Cove feature stylish, tropical designs that exclude a sense of tranquillity and escapism. The blending of light wood and rattan furnishings with white ceilings and delicate colour schemes helps to create a sense of timeless elegance. Our recommendation would be to opt for one for the Prestige Junior suites, allowing you to step directly from your terrace and across the lawn to the cove.

Chic restaurants and delicious cuisine

Guests have a choice of three restaurants as part of their dine around concept, plus the exclusive Cove restaurant, which is highly recommended for a special dining experience. We love that the hotel’s main restaurant is broken down into distinct areas, giving the feeling of different chic settings for breakfast and dinner. Other dining options include Japanese cuisine at XO and Tapas dishes at Peninsula, which offers a stunning setting for lunch with views over the northern islets and dazzling turquoise waters.

Relaxation and indulgence

One of our favourite things about Paradise Cove is that there are so many quiet spots for guests to relax. Guests can spend the day on the intimate beach, or head over to the peninsula and find a couple of secluded loungers overlooking the lagoon or by the infinity pool. The tranquil spa is also worth a visit, though you may prefer to enjoy your treatment in the unique massage kiosk overlooking the ocean. You&Me moments, such as stargazing and pirogue boat trips, have been curated to help create those special holiday memories.

Our opinion

The bay on which Paradise Cove sits is absolutely stunning and I'm not sure I have ever seen water so blue! Though the beach itself is small, there are lots of loungers scattered around the grounds overlooking the ocean and offering a lot more privacy than you would get on the beach or around the pool. I loved the décor in both the rooms and the public areas - they have managed to combine old world charm with modern and fresh designs.
