With individually crafted furnishings and palm-thatched ceilings, accommodation at Constance Moofushi has a beautiful, contemporary style with plenty of Maldivian charm. We are often asked whether we would recommend a beach or a water villa, but the unique Sand Villas at Constance Moofushi combine the best of both worlds, with the feel of a water villa but set over the sand just steps from the ocean.
The resort has two restaurants which both offer a barefoot dining experience. Guests can indulge in gourmet buffets accompanied by fine wines at Manta. The wine cellar boasts some 120 wines selected by an expert sommelier, who is on hand to assist guests with wine pairings. Our favourite place to dine though is Alizée - a beach grill serving mouth-watering seafood with tables right on the white sand. Totem is also a great option for a laid back lunch on the beach.
Constance Moofushi is surrounded by a spectacular house reef and provides some of the best diving in the world for both beginners and experienced divers. The resort has a PADI dive centre and 32 dive sites are found within 30 minutes of the resort by boat. Once you’ve finished exploring the tempting turquoise waters, head to Constance Spa, set on stilts above the lagoon and offering an incredibly tranquil setting to pamper yourself with a rejuvenating treatment.
Constance Moofushi isn’t a big island, but it has one of the most expansive beaches I have seen in the Maldives. I stayed in a beautiful water villa at the end of the jetty, very private and quiet with good snorkelling directly from the deck.
Constance Moofushi offers beach villas, water villas and villas on stilts above the sand. Dining: Stays at Constance Moofushi are on an all inclusive basis. Manta Restaurant is a sand-floored restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner, serving buffets with daily themes and live cooking stations. Alizee Restaurant is open for dinner and serves meats and seafood cooked over the grill just steps from the beach. Manta Bar is open until late serving a wide range of beverages and offers a lively atmosphere located next to the main restaurant. Totem Bar is a cosy bar located right on the beach, serving a light lunch menu and a perfect spot for sundowners
