We do not sell travel insurance but we strongly recommend that you purchase a policy as soon as you book your holiday.

We strongly advise that you check the policy covers you for any activities that you are likely to undertake whilst on holiday eg. water-skiing, windsurfing etc. Do not forget to disclose any medical conditions or you may find that your cover is void when you need it. If you are taking a sailing holiday, please specifically check that your policy does not exclude yachting, and permits you to sail offshore. If your travel arrangements involve connecting flights, either in the UK or Caribbean, we urge you to check that the policy includes adequate Missed Departure cover. (Check the policy wording carefully, many policies exclude internal flights)

So that we can respond properly to any emergency we must be advised of your travel insurance policy number and 24 hour helpline in writing before you depart on holiday.

I agree to read the travel notes that will be issued with the confirmation invoice and pass a copy to all members of my party. I confirm that I am authorised by the above named to make this booking and agree that this booking is subject to the terms as laid out in the Booking Conditions. I confirm that all party members have adequate insurance arrangements in place.

I also agree to allow Tropic Breeze to process my personal information and that of all party members in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The information provided in this form will be stored in secure online databases and in printed files, and may be passed on to relevant third parties for operational purposes. I understand that I can request that Tropic Breeze deletes my personal information.

Once you have sent us your booking details via this form, please telephone us on +44 (0) 1752 880 880 if you wish to pay your deposit by credit card or debit card.

Please note, no surcharge will be added for payments made by personal credit or debit cards but a 2.5% surcharge will apply for payment by company card. There is also a surcharge for non-UK bank cards (to be advised at the time of payment). We will process card payments based on the type of card advised by the client, however, we reserve the right to surcharge the client if the bank later charges the company.
