Antigua
Sushi at South Point
Inspired by Asian, Mediterranean and Middle East cuisine, they offer a fantastic mix of fresh, high quality and locally sourced ingredients – the sushi really is to die for! Though the restaurant’s stylish setting suggests fine-dining and dress codes, South Point is the definition of island chic – understated and easy-going. Both the lounge and restaurant welcome non-hotel guests to enjoy the casual, cafe-style vibes. As a testament to this, the restaurant deck, which is suspended over water, is easily accessible by water and equipped for tying up dinghies and paddle boards. The Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 6.00PM to 10:00PM.

Catherine’s Cafe at Pigeon Point Beach
Just a 10 minute walk away, on the stunning Pigeon Point Beach is another of the teams favourite eateries – Catherine’s Cafe. Head Chef, Jack Boast, previously spent 7 years working under the Michelin star rated Galvin Brothers. Along with his team, he offers guests classical French cuisine with Provence-style influences in a relaxed, light and lively beach cafe. Catherine’s have recently added two new seating areas on the beach, new menu items such as French Tartines and offer live music on Saturday afternoons. The Restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday between 10.30am – 4pm.

Sheer Rocks at Cocobay
Sitting on the edge of a sunset facing bluff over the rocks of Ffyes bay, Sheer Rocks, founded in 2010, has now become known as one of the most beautiful and must-visit dining spots in Antigua. Relax in one of the draped pavilions or four poster daybeds while enjoying Mediterranean tapas, or cool down in the plunge pool whilst enjoying views of the West Coast. The à la carte menu offers everything from 7-grain bread to home made ice cream and sorbets, alongside an expert wine list, artistic cocktails and fantastic service. Sheer Rocks opens for tapas at 12 noon, and dinner service from 6pm daily.

Boom at Gunpowder House, The Admirals Inn
Located in front of the Gunpowder House enjoying views out across Nelson’s Dockyard sits this little gem. Boom is a wonderful spot for lunch and a swim with an outdoor covered terrace next to an infinity edged swimming pool plus spa treatments are available at the adjacent Powder Room Spa. Delicious food (even a traditional Sunday Roast!) and refreshing cocktails are served between 11am-6pm and a free shuttle service is available from The Admiral’s Inn.

Barbados
Daphne’s by Elegant Hotels
Within walking distance of The House by Elegant Hotels, sister restaurant to its famous London counterpart, Daphne’s offers fine Italian dining with spectacular ocean views. The menu, created by award winning chef Kirk Ruck, uses the islands freshest seafood and local produce to create dishes such as the Linguine with Caribbean Lobster, Fresh Tomatoes, Rocket, Basil, Mild Chilli and Garlic. Dinner is served from 6.30pm Tuesday – Sunday.

Perfectly positioned along a great stretch of beach on the famous Barbados platinum coast, the Lone Star Restaurant is renowned for its idyllic beach setting, celebrity clientele and buzzy yet laid back atmosphere. A magnificent staircase leads you down into a relaxed dining area, where the team serve up a fusion of European fare with Caribbean influences, an array of mouth-watering salads and much-loved timeless Lone Star Classics. Dinner is served from 6.30pm daily.

Orlando’s Restaurant and Bar
A 15 minute taxi ride from Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain, set within a beautiful courtyard at the Northern end of Soufriere, Orlando’s Restaurant serves its guests true Caribbean flavours and foods. British born owner and head chef, Orlando Satchell, brought the farm to table concept to St Lucia and is on a mission to bring Caribbean cuisine to the world so it can be recognised globally. Dinner is served Wednesday – Sunday between 5pm – 9pm.
Grenada
Rhodes Restaurant at The Calabash
Rhodes at the Relais & Chateaux Calabash Luxury Boutique Hotel in Grenada offers low key luxurious dining, whilst surrounded by the beautiful gardens at L’Anse aux Epines Bay. The Gary Rhodes inspired menu offers a Caribbean kick to British classics, and guests are asked to wear elegant attire as every evening is treated as an event or special occasion. Dinner is served between 7pm – 10pm daily and we recommend you enjoy your pre or post dinner drinks in the Piano Lounge.
