Rooms and suites at One&Only Le Saint Geran offer stylish island living accompanied by stunning ocean or lagoon views. Décor is designed to promote a sense of relaxation and tranquillity, whilst contemporary and comfortable features mean your accommodation feels like a home away from home. Rooms are either on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony. Junior suites and suites are all set on the beachfront, offering extended living spaces and either a balcony with spectacular ocean views or terrace with direct beach access. Two and three bedroom options are also available for families. For those seeking the ultimate luxury, Villa One offers an exclusive beachside residence with two bedrooms, extensive living space and a private pool.
One&Only Le Saint Geran offers guests a selection of five-star dining experiences with breath-taking al fresco settings, creative menus and an emphasis on the finest local ingredients. L’Artisan is open all day and invites guests to indulge in speciality coffees and sweet treats, as well as fresh salads and healthy bites. Guests can enjoy gourmet cuisine that pays homage to Mauritius’ French and Creole connections at La Terrasse or tapas-style pan-Asian food at Tapaske, where Japanese specialities are given a Spanish twist. Both restaurants boast an over-water setting meaning delicious dishes are accompanied by spectacular views. La Pointe meanwhile serves grilled seafood in the beautiful and laid-back surrounds of Palm Grove beach. Prime restaurant is currently hosting a pop-up from a renowned Michelin-starred chef, but is usually home to the resort’s popular grill restaurant.
The extensive array of facilities and activities on offer at One&Only Le Saint Geran make this luxury resort the perfect choice for couples and families alike. Due to its peninsula location, guests have access to a sheltered lagoon ideal for both motorised and non-motorised watersports. Back on dry land, facilities include tennis courts, a gym and outdoor exercise area and an excellent kids club. Guests can also indulge in a spa treatment at the serene spa, where homegrown, Mauritian ingredients are used as extensively as possible. Of course with two swimming pools and one of the most picture perfect beaches on the island, the resort is also the perfect place to simply relax with a good book.

I was blown away by the location of One&Only Le Saint Geran. Set on a private peninsula, the resort feels secluded and exclusive, and the beaches are simply stunning. I'm not sure I've ever seen such beautiful powedery white sand. The gardens are lovely too, and walking around the resort you get a real sense of space. For those keen to try their hand at some watersports, the sheltered lagoon would be the perfect place to learn something new like water skiing. The resort also offers guided tours by kayak around the mangroves surrounding the lagoon which is a great way to get up close to the flora and fauna of the island.
Children: Children are welcome at One&Only Le Saint Geran. The KidsOnly day camp cares for children aged 3 - 7 years of age, however children under 3 are welcome with a guardian. For the older kids the TweensOnly club caters for 8 - 12 year olds and One Tribe club for 13 - 17 year olds.
Location: One&Only Le Saint Geran is located on the East Coast of Mauritius, approximately a 60-minute drive from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.
Facilities: The One&Only Spa is open 10am - 8pm and has 12 treatment rooms located around a private infinity pool. Spa facilities also include a hammam, sauna, indoor relaxation area, and oversized daybeds circling the adults-only, 18-metre pool. Other resort facilities include three swimming pools, ClubOne fitness centre, spinning studio, mini golf, floodlit tennis courts, volleyball, Hobie Cars, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, waterskiing and deep sea fishing.
Dining: Guests at One & Only Le Saint Geran have a choice of five restaurants and three bars. Le Pointe offers a Mauritian seafood barbecue on the beach. L'Artisan is the perfect spot for specialist coffee, casual lunch or a mid morning smoothie. PRIME is the resorts steakhouse offering courtyard dining.
