Stay in a historic 18th century fort

The hotel incorporates a restored 18th century fort, which is where the stunning two and three bedroom oceanfront Fort Suites are found. With their traditional stone walls and louvred windows opening up onto panoramic ocean views, these suites really are very special and unlike anything else in Barbados. The rest of the accommodation is located across the road from the beach, where luxurious suites occupy semi-detached cottages within the tranquil tropical gardens.

Our opinion

An absolute gem! I can guarantee that you will receive the warmest welcome and instantly feel at home at Little Good Harbour. Tucked away on the quieter north west of the island it is the perfect place to relax while also being only a short drive from Speightstown. The Fishpot is the hotel’s own restaurant and is popular with guests as well as locals and other visitors. It has a buzzy atmosphere and serves fantastic food.

Little Good Harbour offers a collection of oceanfront suites and garden cottages that exude Caribbean charm. All accommodations feature a well-equipped kitchen and living area, opening onto a terrace or balcony. All offer air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans, hair dryers, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and locally made toiletries and an in-room safe.

One Bedroom Garden Suite

These suites are nestled within the pretty gardens and offer accommodation split over two levels
The living area and kitchen, with fridge, stove, oven and microwave, are on the lower level, which opens up onto a spacious patio. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a reading balcony

Two Bedroom Garden Suite

These suites are nestled within the gardens and are either on one level or split over two levels

This light and airy suite is located on the upper level of the historic fort above the restaurant, directly on the waterfront and overlooking the beach from a furnished room-top terrace
